By accessing, registering on, or using any service offered by 995be (hereinafter referred to as "the Platform", "we", "us", or "our"), you (hereinafter referred to as "the Player", "you", or "your") agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, our Responsible Gaming Policy, and any additional terms and conditions applicable to specific games, promotions, or features of the Platform.

Acceptable identification documents include a Bangladesh National Identity Card (NID), a valid passport, or a Bangladesh driving licence. All financial transactions on the 995be Platform are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). 995be does not accept cryptocurrency deposits or withdrawals. Any deposit made using funds derived from criminal activity or any attempt to use the Platform for money laundering will be reported to relevant authorities and will result in immediate permanent account closure and forfeiture of all funds.

In the event of a technical error resulting in an incorrect credit to your account, you are obligated to notify 995be support immediately. Any funds credited in error remain the property of 995be and must not be wagered. 995be reserves the right to recover any erroneously credited funds from your account balance at any time.

995be offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, as well as any additional specific terms attached to each individual promotion:

• Registering more than one account on the Platform, whether using your own details or those of another person.

• Using the Platform while under the age of 18, or allowing a person under the age of 18 to access your account.

• Exploiting any technical fault, software error, or pricing error on the Platform. Any winnings derived from a clear error must be reported immediately and will not be honoured.
• Engaging in collusion with other players to fix betting outcomes, share account access, or coordinate bets in a manner that circumvents normal risk parameters.
• Depositing funds sourced from criminal activity, proceeds of fraud, or any other unlawful source, or using the Platform in any manner that could constitute money laundering.
• Using a VPN, proxy server, or other technical means to disguise your true geographic location for the purpose of circumventing geo-restrictions or accessing the Platform from a prohibited jurisdiction.
• Threatening, harassing, or engaging in abusive conduct toward any member of the 995be support team or any other user of the Platform.

995be actively monitors Platform activity for violations of these obligations. Where a violation is detected or reasonably suspected, 995be reserves the right to immediately suspend account access, void bets, withhold withdrawals, and permanently close the account. Serious violations may be reported to relevant law enforcement authorities.

995be reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe following a formal request.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or use of stolen payment methods.
• Discovery that the account holder is under 18 years of age.
• Discovery that the player is a resident of a restricted jurisdiction.
• Player request — players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting 995be support via live chat. Accounts closed voluntarily will have any verified remaining balance returned to the player's registered payment method after the completion of all outstanding KYC checks.
• Self-exclusion request — players who feel that gambling is causing them harm may request permanent self-exclusion. Once a self-exclusion is in place, it cannot be reversed, and the account is permanently closed.

Upon account closure, any bonus funds that have not yet met their wagering requirements will be forfeited immediately. Verified real-money balances will be returned to the player's registered and verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to any outstanding KYC or security review requirements.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 995be makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, or availability of the Platform or its content.

995be shall not be liable for any losses arising from:

• Events beyond the reasonable control of 995be, including but not limited to acts of God, government action, internet service disruptions, or third-party payment processing failures.
• Any decision made by a player based on information published on the Platform, including odds, statistics, or game results.
• Unauthorised access to a player's account where the player has failed to maintain adequate account security.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall exclude or limit liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded or limited.

Any disputes arising in connection with the Platform that cannot be resolved informally through the 995be support team will be subject to binding arbitration in accordance with internationally recognised arbitration procedures.
